KAARINA
 

Kaarina, nurse. I lived in Sweden
before and while I was living there,
I had a German Shepherd called 
Burka. Burka was part of young
skiers life. Living with children was
 easy, and Burka was a big help for
me. It carried groceries and logs for
fireplace. It was also an excellent
guardian for my kids. After I came
back to Finland I continued with
this magnificent breed by training
them at first only for fun and I
satisfied my competitive needs in
skiing. Finally Vera showed me,
how much you can do with dogs 
and ever since I've been training
my dogs more and more in different
events.
TIINA
Tiina, working in agriculture. I've
always had dogs in my life. There
has been many breeds, like
Dachshund, mixed breeds, German
Shepherds and Labrador retrievers.
I started training with Labradors.
Trainng dogs and playing with them
 has been a way of life for a long
time now.

 

We live in Lappland, small place

called Narkaus which is in a middle

of nowhere. We are surrounded by

forrests which gives to us and our

dogs excellent possibilities to exercise

. Our dogs love to run in wild and

we always have some sausage for

them too when we are in the woods

hiking. 

Besides dogs we also have some hens,

 ducks and two cats.

We've had many different breeds of

dogs, for example German Shepherds,

 Labrador Retrievers and a

Dachshund. Our first Berger Belge

came to us by accident. She was

retired from competitions. Vera,

Bestseller Nina Ricci was very agile

 and sharp. She was the reason we

fell in love with the breed and ever

since we've bred malinois and

tervueren.
